WASHINGTON, D.C. — Northern Virginia Family Practice Associates (NVFP), a primary care practice that offers full-service concierge health care in the Northern Virginia area, is excited to welcome Dr. Elizabeth Cilenti. Board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Cilenti believes that a strong relationship between patients and their primary care physician is essential to good health.

“I’m so thrilled to join this incredible team of providers,” says Dr. Cilenti. “I’m passionate about collaborating with each and every patient to achieve optimal health, and I can’t wait to continue doing so at NVFP.”

Dr. Cilenti works with a variety of patients, partnering with them to administer high-quality care, from providing well care to healthy babies and children as they grow and develop to helping parents navigate caring for children with special healthcare needs and more. She has a particular interest in partnering with adult patients to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension and personalizing preventive care for adults on immune-suppressing medications.

Originally from Indiana, Dr. Cilenti earned her medical degree and completed her residency at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Previously, she worked at Unity Healthcare and subsequently served as a physician at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital for over five years. Dr. Cilenti has also been named one of Washingtonian‘s Top Docs each year from 2020-2022.
