Elizabeth Cilenti, MD, MPH

Clinical Expertise:

After growing up in Indiana, Dr. Cilenti received her medical degree and completed her residency at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She previously worked at Unity Healthcare and subsequently served as a physician at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital for over five years.

Dr. Cilenti has a particular interest in providing preventative care for healthy babies, adult patients with chronic conditions, caring for children with developmental and behavioral concerns and the improvement of healthcare quality, patient safety and medical education.

When I’m Not Working:

Dr. Cilenti resides in Alexandria with her husband. On the weekend, they’re usually on the water—either sailing on the Chesapeake or working on one of the many projects required to rescue and maintain a thirty-year-old sailboat!
