Providing Comprehensive Pediatric and Adolescent Care
Dr. Elizabeth Cilenti is board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics and believes that a strong relationship between patients and their primary care physician is essential to good health.
Combining Pediatric and Internal Medicine
“While most primary care physicians will complete a three-year program in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics, I couldn’t decide on just one – so I pursued a dual training program!”
As a primary care physician who specializes in both pediatrics and internal medicine, Dr. Cilenti prioritizes the whole health of her patients – from childhood through adulthood. Dr. Cilenti can provide full spectrum pediatric care – from newborns through teenagers, while also providing internal medicine care to parents (and grandparents too!)

Concierge Pediatrics from Northern VA’s Top Pediatrician
Most children’s doctors have extremely tight schedules and very little time to spend with individual patients. With the concierge model, when your child visits with your doctor, you know they will have both eyes on your child—not one eye on the clock.
Dr. Cilenti provides pediatric care via NVFP’s concierge service model. Concierge medicine, also known as membership medicine, is a model in which patients pay a monthly or annual membership fee to receive personalized medical care from a dedicated provider rather than the traditional model of care.
