Most of us carry the weight of mental saboteurs like wet blankets or as an extra layer of distraction we have to work through every time certain challenges come our way.
Saboteurs are negative response patterns that come out of childhood and stick around longer than needed. We are often unaware they are there, but certain symptoms give away their presence. Maybe it’s shame, disappointment, conflict, regret, guilt, resentment, or anxiety. Maybe everything feels “hard.”
Perhaps all we can see is polarity – right/wrong, good/evil, always/never, success/failure…. These are signs that saboteurs are causing trouble.
