Ned joined NVFP as a contractor in 2022 before transitioning to a part-time role in 2024 and becoming a full-time member of the team in 2026. He enjoys being part of a group with big aspirations for improving healthcare and appreciates the opportunity to contribute to an organization working to address some of the challenges facing healthcare today.

Originally born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Ned now lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife, Caroline, whom he met in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. They have boy/girl twins—a son who enjoys competitive swimming, rock climbing, skiing, and other outdoor adventures, and a daughter who would happily dance all day, every day.

Outside of work, Ned enjoys spending time with his family and remains a devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan despite moving away from Cincinnati at age five. His career goal is a simple one: to continue doing work he genuinely enjoys.
