Northern Virginia Family Practice (NVFP) is not a traditional medical practice. We operate as a concierge medical practice, also known as membership medicine, where you invest an annual membership fee and receive a personalized experience with a dedicated primary care doctor.

Dr. Judit Gordon-Cappitelli
Board-certified Internist with subspecialty training in Nephrology and Hypertension
Dr. Gordon-Cappitelli is a double board-certified Internist who finds it essential to take her time to get to know patients, offering her absolute full attention to each patient at each visit. She is passionate about preventive medicine and helping patients to learn or maintain healthy habits.
Dr. Elizabeth Cilenti
Board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics who prioritizes whole health
A primary care physician who specializes in pediatrics and internal medicine, Dr. Cilenti prioritizes the whole health of her patients – from childhood through adulthood. Dr. Cilenti provides full spectrum pediatric care – from newborns through teenagers, while also providing internal medicine care to parents (grandparents too!)
