“I just feel like a number in the traditional medicine offices, where here it’s definitely individualized, patient-centered care.”
Board-certified Pediatrician and Internist providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Dr. Elizabeth Cilenti is accepting new patients, offering specialized services in pediatrics and internal medicine to provide the exceptional clinical care your child deserves.
A board-certified specialist in both internal medicine and pediatrics (med/peds), Dr. Cilenti brings a unique combination of experience to your family’s care and provides a strong patient-physician relationship and the relaxed atmosphere of a concierge doctor’s office to ensure health and comfort for pediatric patients.
Dr. Cilenti believes that a strong relationship between patients and their primary care physician is essential to good health. Board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics, she provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from newborns to children and teens – children of all ages – as they grow and develop. Dr. Cilenti’s work as a concierge pediatrician includes coordinating care with specialists and offering same-day sick appointments.
Elizabeth Cilenti received her medical degree and completed her residency at Indiana University School of Medicine and her Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Joining Pediatric and Internal Medicine Expertise
“I am excited to bring my experience in both internal medicine and pediatrics (also known as “Med-Peds”) to NVFP. Since many people are unfamiliar with the specialty I should explain how it’s prepared me to provide comprehensive, concierge care for all ages – from newborns to preschoolers to teenagers to adult patients. While most primary care physicians will complete a three-year program in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics, I couldn’t decide on just one – so I pursued a dual training program! I spent four busy years alternating training in internal medicine and pediatrics, leading to board certification in both specialties. I’ve since then spent over a decade practicing both and enjoyed providing care to whole families -sometimes multiple generations of patients!
I’m thankful for the unique perspective that training in both disciplines brings. As just one example, my training in internal medicine with a focus on managing multiple chronic conditions in adults helps me better care for children who have special needs or chronic conditions, and my training in pediatrics brings a focus on education and anticipatory guidance that helps me explain to adult patients what to expect with healthy aging or when we find a new diagnosis. I look forward to using this perspective here at NVFP to keep you and your families healthy!”

What Pediatric Concierge Medicine Means at NVFP
Concierge Medicine, also known as Membership Medicine, is a long-standing form of medical practice where patients pay a monthly or annual membership fee and receive a personalized experience with a dedicated primary care provider. At a concierge children’s doctor’s office, your child will see the same concierge pediatrician at every well visit.
Concierge pediatrics means we focus on providing highly personalized and proactive preventative care and meeting your child’s long-term health and wellness needs. You and your child can spend more time with your doctor and receive care and attention that takes all of who your child is into account.
Concierge medicine means…
Customized
Preventative Care
Pediatric concierge medicine means well-child checks, developmental surveillance, and personalized counseling from a board certified pediatrician to meet your child’s needs.
Enhanced Care
From a Top Pediatric Doctor
A concierge children’s doctor’s office means you can schedule same-day or next-day appointments with your children’s pediatrician to deliver exceptional care and get help with coordination with your specialty care practitioners.
More Time
With Your Doctor
Most children’s doctors only have time to spend 15 minutes per patient. With the concierge model, the average time spent per patient is more than twice that. When your child visits with your doctor, you know that they will have both eyes on your child, not one eye on the clock.
