Dr. Judit Gordon-Cappitelli is a board-certified Internist who has over 15 years of extensive clinical experience and takes pride in caring for patients with complex medical issues. She is very passionate about preventive medicine and helping patients to learn and maintain healthy habits. She also specializes in difficult-to-treat hypertension and a wide spectrum of kidney diseases. Dr. Gordon-Cappitelli helps patients achieve their health goals while integrating the care of their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Dr. Mark Sullivan is also a highly respected board-certified Internist who values the privilege of building trusting relationships with his patients. He is a very compassionate physician who believes in learning about and supporting his patient’s physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Before joining Northern Virginia Family Practice, Dr. Sullivan cared for patients at Mount Vernon Internal Medicine in Springfield, VA. He is also fluent in Spanish and grew up in a bilingual household and enjoys caring for patients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Dr. Elizabeth Cilenti is board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics and believes that a strong relationship between patients and their primary care physician is essential to good health. As a primary care physician specializing in both pediatrics and internal medicine, Dr. Cilenti prioritizes the whole health of her patients – from childhood through adulthood.

Dr. Maria Castillo-Catoni values spending time with each patient to identify the factors that may be contributing to their illness and/or presenting barriers to a healthy lifestyle. She believes in exploring everyone’s psychosocial background and understands the profound impact that stressors in this area can have in physical and emotional wellness.
